Go Woke and Go Up in Smoke?

Recently, for example, Carlos Del Toro, the new Secretary of the Navy, announced: “I have made climate one of my top priorities since the first day I came into office.”

Climate change? A top priority for the Navy? Even Dr. Strangelove wasn’t that crazy. Do Del Toro’s superiors know about this? Well, actually, they do. At the Leaders Summit on Climate held on April 22, 2021, Earth Day, Lloyd Austin, the Secretary of Defense, declared that “no nation can find lasting security without addressing the climate crisis.” He continued, “we face all kinds of threats in our line of work, but few of them deserve to be called existential. The climate crisis does.”

Climate change may or may not pose a long-term danger to our planet. But the word “existential” implies an immediate threat to our continued existence. Russia’s huge stockpile of nuclear weapons poses an existential threat. So does Communist China’s growing arsenal of nuclear-capable missiles.

YouTube to Allow Election Fraud Videos?

The only news story more significant than pervasive election fraud is pervasive censorship of pervasive election fraud.

Please excuse the repetition of our favorite tagline: Show us what is censored, and we will show you what is probably true.

If you seek truth, start with the cover-up and work backward.

Zamisdat recently linked an article by Lew Rockwell stating that YouTube had removed over 130,000 COVID-related videos over the past three years. That is not a tiny number.

Zamisdat will investigate the election news cover-up but for now, here are some things to consider.

What prompted Alphabet/Google/YouTube to publicly admit that they had deleted COVID-related videos and a week later admit that they would no longer remove election integrity videos?  I doubt that these reptiles suddenly endured a moral elevation. Google does not like to discuss things like censorship and shadow banning, and cloaking.  Something happened. What?

Google, for all of its “we are above such mortal concerns” announced the election fraud ceasefire on Friday, the traditional best day to announce embarrassing news.

If you do a Google search on this topic almost every site listed features a headline that mentions “False” allegations or claims.  YouTube will now allow FALSE claims about the 2020 election.  Run a Yandex search and you will get results that do not necessarily restate the “Trump’s Big Lie” narrative.

It is hard to see this as anything except good news but, there must be more to the story.

It Was Always Only About Power With the Left

In 2020, for 120 days, left-wing mobs led by Antifa and Black Lives Matter wrought far greater destruction in nonstop rioting, arson, looting, and assault. Over 35 people died. Two billion dollars in property damage followed. Some 1,500 officers were assaulted and injured. Over 14,000 protesters were arrested.

Yet few were convicted of any serious crimes; fewer were sentenced to long sentences—given prosecutors, state and federal, claimed the violence was merely a result of protesters exercising their “constitutional right” of dissent.

Left-wing politicians and activists from then-vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris (“They’re not going to let up, and they should not, and we should not.”) to Nikole Hannah Jones (“Destroying property, which can be replaced, is not violence.”) either excused the often violent protests or urged that they continue.

Far from sending in 20,000 federal troops, as occurred after January 6, the Left demanded that then President Trump not resort to such Draconian measures.

All mass movements strive, therefore, to interpose a fact-proof screen between the faithful and the realities of the world. They do this by claiming that the ultimate and absolute truth is already embodied in their doctrine and that there is no truth nor certitude outside it. The facts on which the true believer bases his conclusions must not be derived from his experience or observation but from holy writ.

Memorial Day in a Divided Nation

It is important to honor our wartime dead. But Memorial Day has a powerful meaning that we have forgotten. It was the holiday that reunited our country after the Civil War. It began when Americans, from the North and the South, entered the cold gray stone fields of the dead, and decorated the graves of the fallen from the Grand Army of the Republic and the Confederacy with freshly cut flowers.

They followed no presidential order. They acted under no regulation. Instead the mothers and wives of men who would return home no more brought flowers to the graves of their fallen sons and husbands, and to the resting places of the young American men who might have slain them, who had been the enemy, but who still deserved honor and respect.

Those women, of the North and the South, brought America together.

Today a new breed of leftists gleefully tears down Confederate memorials. And it will not end with flags and statues. They will not be satisfied until the cemeteries that were once decorated have been desecrated. It is ominously fitting that the event which marked the end of one civil war now arrives to foreshadow the beginning of another war between brothers.

An Immodest Proposal Revisited:  Pay Our Legislators A Big Ass Bonus Every Time They Balance The Budget

Years ago, in a different forum, this writer proposed paying our legislators an additional $1 million every year they balanced the budget. $535 million would have been chump change and that pocket money would have yielded wondrous results.

The idea was conceived and promoted (lacking a better term)  at a time when the national debt was still vulnerable to eradication. Actually, it wasn’t that long ago.

Time flows and debt is unconquerable. We will have a not-so-great reset whether we like it or not.  Who sets the terms of the reset remains to be seen.

It is hoped that sanity prevails and we will see America lay the foundation for a prosperous economy. A tall order but we did it repeatedly. We can do it again.

If we can wrestle our country away from Schwab’s Slobs, I hope we install a system where legislators are monetarily rewarded for fiscal responsibility. Currencies and numbers cannot be determined but the annual reward should be a big ass bonus.

Chump change.

Most Propaganda Looks Nothing Like This

Another related method of manipulation is agenda-setting — the way the press shapes public thinking by emphasising some subjects and not others. In placing importance on some matters over others simply by giving disproportionate coverage to them, the mass media (who are propagandists first and news reporters second) give the false impression that those topics are more important and the de-emphasised subjects are less so. As political scientist Bernard Cohen famously observed way back in 1963, the press “may not be successful much of the time in telling people what to think, but it is stunningly successful in telling its readers what to think about. The world will look different to different people depending on the map that is drawn for them by writers, editors, and publishers of the paper they read.”

Democrats are different from you and me, and it’s not just that they have more money.

It’s not just that they lost their minds, they have also surrendered their hearts and souls to Borg.

Yes, they can generate crocodile tears for sanctioned victims and burn down cities in expressions of their unbridled  passion. It’s something we with diminutive hearts cannot understand.

The entities of hypertrophic sentiment are quite different when faced with unsanctioned victims. Oh excuse me. Did I say “unsanctioned victim”. An oxymoron you say?  Only Borg can beatify victims. I have blasphemed? So be it.

The hollow people who fancy themselves our moral superiors have zero compassion for unsanctioned victims. Democrats are zombies. They are monsters.

Ford Fischer compiled an ugly Twitter thread of the Memorial Day march. If you have any human feeling , any morsel of decency,  a sliver of compassion for a grieving mother, or a vague remnant of a soul, you will find these videos painful to view.

Watch them anyway.

The new policy adds to YouTube’s existing ‘Covid-19 medical misinformation policy,’ which sets out a wide range of forbidden topics regarding the coronavirus. These include videos ‘encouraging home remedies,’ content claiming ‘that masks do not play a role in preventing the contraction or transmission of Covid-19,’ and content ‘that recommends use of Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine for the prevention of Covid-19.’

The latter two topics are controversial, as there is no scientific consensus that masks prevent transmission of the virus, and Ivermectin has shown some promise in studies as a treatment for Covid-19.

Nevertheless, YouTube stated on Wednesday that over 130,000 videos have been removed since last year for violating this policy.

Earlier this week, RT’s German-language channels (RT DE and Der Fehlende Part) were permanently deleted by YouTube. The company took down the channels after handing out a strike to RT DE over alleged ‘medical misinformation’in four videos. Among these cases of supposed ‘misinformation’ was an interview with German epidemiologist Friedrich Puerner, who was critical of his government’s methods of battling the pandemic. He, however, was in favor of vaccination and never doubted the Covid-19 pandemic. Starting September 21, RT DE was no longer allowed to upload any videos or conduct live streams on its YouTube channel. RT DE content, albeit not the flagged videos, was shared through another channel, the DFP (also owned by RT in Germany). This, YouTube claimed, was a violation of the strike issued to RT DE and the Google-owned platform took down both channels.

Pomp and Circumstance: What Did Our Graduates Learn?

Across the income spectrum, graduates learned that history is a story of skin color. This was an easy lesson based on the last acceptable binary—all white people are by nature oppressors, and all “people of color” are innocents, marginalized by their privileged tormentors. Our nation, even with its advanced healthcare, economic mobility and charitable spirit, is forever tainted by its pale founders. In summary, nothing about America is virtuous because it was conceived in the original sin of whiteness.

They learned that skin color not only explains the past, but also determines the future. Therefore, students must dissolve into protective tribes, also called “affinity groups,” along certain racial lines—part of the famous “unity” that the left promised us in 2020. Some teachers even infused the revolutionary spirit of Mao and Marx into lessons by romanticizing their American offspring, the Black Panthers and BLM. This thinly-disguised revolution also has an official dogma and “equitable” sorting system taught by the highly-paid DEI “practitioners” who visited campuses to lecture everyone.

The practitioners taught students to reflect on their inherent bias and “sit in their discomfort;” after that, they could join the mob to rectify injustices like microaggressions, misgendering, and Columbus Day. It didn’t matter that the students attended an elite $35,000 per year school, had iPhones, and never knew a day in their lives when Americans of all stripes could not attend college, apply for loans, vote, or hold public office—and with more accommodations than ever. There is much to celebrate in our imperfect melting pot, but these graduates didn’t learn much about that.

The Great Divide Redux

One issue eclipses every other topic. If we do not if we do not have honest elections, we lost the republic.

DeSantis challenges Trump for the GOP nomination. Read: DeSantis places his seal of approval on the stolen 2020 election. So too, does Con Inc., and the GOP establishment. We should assume that they are flexible on other stolen elections as well.

Ken Paxton is impeached by the Texas House of Representatives. Paxton led a justified challenge to the 2020 presidential election that was flipped off by the Supreme Court. Now it’s payback time. The RINO’s were waiting to pounce. They have to remove him to prevent any meddling in their scripted 2024 election.

We who believe that election fraud is rampant and toxic and unacceptable are great in number but small in stature. It’s not just the Democrats and Republicans who support election fraud. The Libertarians and the Greens also have lent their tacit–and sometimes vocal–support for rigged outcomes. Every news outlet has taken the vow of silence. Big tech might have thrown in the towel on Ivermectin but do not think you can discuss stolen elections on YouTube. We are battling an army of Goliaths.

Election integrity. Election security. Election honesty. Without those things, nothing else matters.

Forget guns vs butter, nature park vs. industrial park, the mind-numbing regulation vs deregulation canards, and all the crud we talked about yesterday. The great divide consists of those of us who oppose election fraud versus those who silence the evidence.  There is no middle ground.

The 1980s Satanic Panic and Transgenderism Today

In the 1980s what now seems like collective insanity hit this country—false reports of satanic sexual abuse of children in daycare. Some called it the Satanic panic. It took almost 20 years for this insanity to be washed out of our collective system.

And it was insane. The following are just some of the claims made during this period: Children were said to have been forced to drink blood, blood-laced Kool-aid, and urine. They also reportedly ate feces and were forced to let animals eat pet food from their vaginas. There were claims they watched people being dismembered with chainsaws. Moreover, rumors of cannibalization and animal mutilation and sacrifice, with body parts used in offerings for Satan were prominent. And of course, there were plenty of stories of watching pornography and sexual abuse of these children.

Daycare abuse cases at that time boasted an 85 percent conviction rate, even as the tales of abuse grew increasingly wild. Any rational person must confess this was a society gone insane.

The transgender mania that confronts us today is no different. One day society will look back at these times and wonder how such insanity could take root and explode across the country. Chemically mutilating children. Surgically mutilating children. Castrating young boys. Cutting the breasts off young girls. Stripping body parts of skin and muscle to “build” fake penises and vaginas. All because they “believe” they were born in the wrong body.

Love is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own… Jealousy is a disease, love is a healthy condition. The immature mind often mistakes one for the other, or assumes that the greater the love, the greater the jealousy.

For Obama, the Cover-Up Was Worse than the Crime By Jack Cashill

So what did Obama do with this information? Right after the November election, said Nunes, “He got all the intelligence agencies involved and they leaked out to the fake news media that, ‘Oh, the Russians must have done something and they were trying to help Trump.’

Had Nixon blamed Watergate on Cuba — several Cubans were, in fact, arrested — he would have been laughed out of office. Unlike Obama, however, Nixon did not have an obsequious media eager to ignore his mischief nor to explain away that which could not be ignored. With the FBI and the intelligence community in his pocket, Obama executed the most elaborate — and destructive — political cover-up in American political history.

Peter Strzok, the FBI agent heading “Crossfire Hurricane,” the FBI investigation into Trump’s apocryphal collusion with Russia, confirmed Obama’s role on August 5, two days after the August 3 meeting. Texting with his FBI lover Lisa Page, Strzok quoted an unnamed bigwig, likely Brennan, as saying, “The White House is running this.”

Strzok wasn’t happy. He believed the White House was intruding on FBI turf. On August 15, Strzok memorably signaled the shared motive of all the conspirators. “There’s no way [Trump] gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” he texted Page. “It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.” On September 2, Page confirmed Obama’s involvement. “POTUS wants to know everything we’re doing,” she texted Strzok.

The Corruption of Climate Science

For over 50 years, with increasing frequency, corrupted, careerist scientists have produced biased studies that, amplified by agenda-driven corporate and political special interests, constitute a “consensus” that is supposedly “beyond debate.” We are in a “climate crisis.” To cope with this climate emergency, all measures are justifiable.

This is overblown, one-sided, distorted, and manipulative propaganda. It is the language of authoritarians and corporatists bent on achieving even more centralized political power and economic wealth. It is a scam, perhaps the most audacious, all-encompassing fraud in human history. It is a scam that explicitly targets and crushes the middle class in developed nations and the entire aspiring populations in developing nations, at the same time as its messaging is designed to secure their fervent acquiescence.

There is a simple rule here, a rule of legislation, a rule of business, a rule of life: beyond a certain point, complexity is fraud. You can apply that rule to left-wing social programs, but you can also apply that rule to credit derivatives, hedge funds, all the rest of it.
