RISE TO REBELLION – A FOURTH TURNING PERSPECTIVE

When narrow minded linear thinkers scoff at the notion of the common people rising up and taking down a corrupt, evil, traitorous government, which no longer works in the best interest of the people, but for their own enrichment, I must anchor my thinking in the cyclical nature of history and inevitability of the existing social order being swept away in a river of blood during Fourth Turnings. The acolytes of the regime in political offices, government bureaucracy blood suckers, the media propaganda outlets, the woke military, and corporate boardrooms scoff at the thought of losing their wealth and power.

They control the narrative. They control the technology. They control the government. They control the media. They have superior firepower in the hands of their police and military mercenaries. Their hubris knows no bounds. Their comprehension of history and human nature is non-existent as their sociopath desires overwhelm their ability to think critically and see what lies ahead.

Will Windows Always Suck?

The editor is behind schedule because Windows flipped Filter Key under keyboard settings to “On”.  So my keyboard ceased working and produced a noise through the speakers whenever I hit a key.

The time it took me to troubleshoot (on a different machine of course) and then access my settings without the use of a keyboard took longer than I thought it would. It always does.

The punchline is that I never deliberately reset “Filter Keys’. I seem to have done that inadvertently. I had to look up its function and it turns out that it is an alleged access enhancer for people with hand tremors. From my limited use of this feature, I do not believe this could benefit anyone. It made my keyboard cease working altogether.

I could go into a lot of detail on the frustrations in finding reliable troubleshooting advice and I am miffed that Microsoft would install a landmine to inadvertently disable a keyboard. Without going to “Settings” my keyboard was reset.

This is not my first grievance with Microsoft. They are unending. Yes, there are other options but for now, I am painted into a Microsoft corner.

The worst legacy of Microsoft is the drip drip drip idea that we should accept mediocrity as the norm.

EDITOR’S NOTES

1. We do not link To Fox News or Fox Business News.

2. We sometimes link to Fox affiliates.

3. We sometimes link to sites that contain a video that might have a snippet from Fox News (usually Tucker Carlson).

4. We try to avoid second hand news stories that are sourced from Fox News or Fox Business News.

5. We try to not link to sites with pay walls. This eliminates NYT and WaPo (who cares?) but also eliminates WSJ and Epoch Times. We hope that Epoch Times changes their business model because they are one of the best news outlets in the English language.

6. We believe it is more important than ever for Americans to monitor world affairs. The most influential man in America is probably George Soros and he is not in America–nor is he an American. Other understated influences on America include World Economic Forum, BBC, and CBC, to name but a few.

7. Most English language newspapers in non-English speaking countries are paid subscription sites. This presents an ongoing challenge to report on world affairs.

8. We try to avoid linking to mainstream media when possible We are not hesitant to link to mainstream sources if the news story involves raw data, such as the daily stock market or weather statistics or sports scores. Even then, we usually provide a “Mainstream” disclaimer.
